Sous Chef This is a great opportunity for a chef with some experience to broaden their horizons preparing a wide range of dishes including wood-fired pizza and fresh pasta. Training will be provided however it is essential that you are well organised and enjoy the hospitality and service industry. You must take pride in your work, be a reliable team player and can work under pressure. You will be working in a well-equipped kitchen with a great team!  Head Waiter/Waitress The work involves welcoming and serving our customers, clearing and setting tables, taking both table and telephone orders, as well as preparing drinks including espresso coffees. Training will be provided however it is essential that you are well organised and enjoy the hospitality and service industry. You must be mature, well groomed, reliable, accurate, honest and punctual. This is a part-time role working Sunday or Monday evenings and other nights to suit. Previous restaurant and/or sole-charge experience in a busy establishment would be an advantage. Full training will be provided however it is essential that you are well organised and enjoy the hospitality and service industry. You must be well groomed, reliable, accurate, honest and punctual. Attendance in an hospitality class at school would be an advantage. This is a part-time role working evenings including Friday or Saturday. Job sharing may be considered.
